Operating from our purpose-built facility in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi, our integrated production line combines steam cooking, controlled drying, automated pouch filling and sealing, and high-pressure autoclave sterilisation.
Quality is built into every step—from raw material qualification to in-line monitoring, final laboratory verification, and end-to-end batch traceability. The result is shelf-stable meals with a validated two to three year ambient shelf life, engineered to perform in the most demanding operational conditions.
